Significant Factor(s):

I learned to pitch left handed,even though Im right handed.And learned Lake Ray Roberts inside out.

The Story:

I was targeting spawning females in water 8 to 10 feet deep under cedar trees. I never got her to the boat,I took the boat to her. A big mistake people make is to try and horse these big fish out of heavy cover. The best thing to do is pin them to a limb and go get them. At first I didnt realize she was big as she was until Chris ,(the buddy that lipped for me) started hollering. We took pictures and weighed her and released her right there.

Comments:

We must keep Lake Ray Roberts a trophy lake by keeping the slot limit.
